Frequently Asked Questions

About Our Services

What does your company do?

We specialize in the technical coordination and full production management of jewelry, sculpture, fashion jewelry, and metal accessories.

We analyze each project individually and coordinate all required stages, including 3D design, printing, casting, finishing, and logistics.
We remain responsible for the technical quality of the final result.

Why work with you instead of directly with a workshop?

A workshop usually handles only one production step.
We manage the entire process, select the most suitable suppliers, supervise production, and ensure consistency from start to finish.
You work with a single technical partner throughout the project.

Do you take full responsibility even if multiple workshops are involved?

Yes. Even when several specialized suppliers participate, coordination, supervision, and final responsibility remain with us.
What types of products can you manufacture?

We coordinate production for:

  • Jewelry

  • Cast sculptures

  • Fashion jewelry

  • Zamak and pewter pieces

  • Aluminum components

  • Metal accessories for fashion and technical applications

Production & Quality

What are the typical production lead times?

Lead times depend on complexity, materials, and production volume.

How do you ensure quality across different suppliers?
We supervise production stages and perform quality control before final delivery when required.

What happens if there is a defect or issue?

If the issue results from technical or production responsibility on our side, replacement is covered by us.
Issues must be reported within 15 calendar days after delivery.
